Our Salad Mix is a bold blend of six of our favourite microgreens:
Broccoli, sunflower, kale, popcorn shoots, mixed radish (daikon, sango, and china rose), and pea shoots.
This mix is built for people who like their salads to taste like something. You get sweetness from popcorn and pea, nutty crunch from sunflower, earthy broccoli and kale, and a peppery bite from the radish trio. It’s vibrant, balanced, and not afraid to stand up to a vinaigrette.
How to Use:
Top your usual salad base, or use it as the base itself—this mix has enough texture and flavour to carry a dish.
Great for wraps, bowls, open sandwiches, or the kind of “side salad” that becomes the main event.
Use a generous handful per plate (20–40g), or mix with your favourite chopped veg for a more layered dish.
