Broccoli
Broccoli
Mild, fresh, and seriously good for you.
Broccoli microgreens are tender little shoots grown from—you guessed it—broccoli seeds. But don’t expect the strong, cabbage-y flavour of the full-grown version. These are much milder, with a clean, crisp bite and a slight earthiness that plays well with literally everything.
They’re incredibly versatile and incredibly good for you—loaded with sulforaphane, a compound linked to reducing inflammation and supporting cellular health (translation: good stuff for your insides).
You don’t need to be a nutrition nerd to enjoy them, though. Just toss them on anything that needs a fresh boost—salads, soups, wraps, scrambled eggs, or even smoothies if you’re feeling ambitious.
Tastes like:
Mild greens with a subtle broccoli flavour and a fresh crunch.
Best in: Salads, smoothies, egg dishes, buddha bowls, or any meal pretending to be healthy.
